Members Sought for Primary Care Action Group

Expressions of interest accepted until August 13

Central LHIN is pleased to announce that we are establishing an interdisciplinary Primary Care Action Group to define a comprehensive primary care system vision, and to help improve access to primary health care for residents of our LHIN.

Expressions of interest will be accepted until August 13, 2010 for membership, including the role of Chair.
